The view of the ocean and beach was beautiful from our balcony. The room could have been a little cleaner. The bed was comfortable. The A/C didn't work in our room and the screen on our balcony door fell off when opening it. Wasn't impressed with a staff member sitting in a car out front of the hotel the drive up entrance with someone talking loudly and smoking

Quality Inn Boardwalk
Excellent location right on the boardwalk in Ocean City. Ocean views are terrific. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture is a little dated. There was a small kitchenette in our room. The maid service was very satisfactory. The prices were very reasonable in late April. Probably much more expensive during peak season.

Quality Inn Boardwalk
I stayed here a week ago, and I will not be staying here again.
It started off great for the first three days, although one of the elevators was broken for our entire stay (which was about a week), and the A/C in our room didn’t work. On our third day, we had a mouse situation in the wall. To their credit, the staff moved us to another room quickly, gave us a slight refund (half a day) and made the process easy for us.
The new room was great—except the screen door broke when I barely touched it. I ended up putting it back on the hinges myself because I didn’t want to be a complainer. Unfortunately, the A/C didn’t work in this room either.
Remember how one elevator was broken? Well, I was coming in from the beach and got on the one that worked—and got stuck in it for about 10 minutes. When I finally got out, I had to walk up seven flights of stairs to my room. Took them a few hours to fix that one. With only one working elevator and lots of guests, you could wait about 8 minutes to use it, but we ended up taking the stairs most of the time.
The workers, however, were amazing and very polite. If it were the same staff at a different hotel, I’d stay again in a heartbeat. But until they remodel, my family and I will not be staying here again.
