Customer service isn't for everyone. Recent visit 07/06/24 stopped to grab some mayo and a frozen pizza, the mayo was advertised as $2 off with the smart coupon. Downloaded the app etc to find the coupon and it wasn't listed. My wife asked the cashier about it, his name was Guy, and he was short and rude. If it was something they couldn't honor that's cool, I get that, but a little respect goes a long way. People are just trying to enjoy the day, some are just trying to earn some money, everyone isn't cut out for retail though.

I enjoy family dollar stores but the help is horrible. In Pocomoke location you have 2 ladies. The young lady ia awesome, friendly and helpful, the older one acts like she hates her job. She is not helpful at all and shows her annoyance of customers.
