walked in today ready to buy bunk beds, but could not get anyone to answer 3 simple questions. They are busy due to the memorial day sale they're having. It is uncomfortably crowded and the customer service is horrible. They're so overwhelmed they can't even be polite. I would recommend Casual Designs Furniture in DE, just 10 min away. Huge selection, 15-20% sale, select floor models 20-75% off. Karen was very polite and more importantly able and willing to help.

We were so impressed with Donaway Furniture. They have a variety of styles and pricing for whatever you're looking for. We purchased a bedroom set that they flawlessly delivered. We're so happy with it! We also loved our salesperson, Jenny. She was great! She knew her products and didn't push anything on us We didn't want. I'd definitely go back again.

Great store and options and was able to take advantage of a fantastic sale. Thanks to James for all his help. After all his help, I advised that I had to come home measure & color match & he remained helpful & professional and I did call back & order online. Easy process & quick delivery.
