I always shop at this A E each Christmas. Always greeted by associate who helped this grandmother shop for 5 Grandchildren! Not last night. 2 at registers and 1 on Cell phone speaker sharing AE business. I shopped then asked for a bag or cart to load up my bulky sweaters. Phone lady offered the store stock cart. Not handy!!! So needing help to locate my gifts or just put back the 5 pieces of clothing back being disguised by poor customer service. Finally an associate hanging clothes asked if I was finding everything I told her NO AND THE RUDENESS OF MY entering store I was going to leave go to JCrew!!! Hermione, a mature woman was so nice helped me !!!!!! $341.00 later I checked out but only because Hermione was so kind. I shop AE because of military discount and my Grands like your clothes!! Your associates need to step up their game or loose Grandmothers with $$ to spend!!! Merry Christmas!!!!!🎄🎄

Employees were extremely rude. I was the only one in line at the register and the employees completely ignored me as I waited to purchase my stuff. They were all snobby and customer service was poor. The whole time they were having a personal conversation while I waited at least 3 minutes (mind you I was the only one in line) for someone to take care of me.

I really like shopping at American Eagle. They have the exact style that I wear and the employees are very kind. The store was not so organized but that could just be that they were busy when I was there. I also don't like to shop there all the time because the prices can be too high so, I always make sure I have extra money to go there. I hope that if you go there, your experience was as great as mine.
